3. Where your data is held

This website holds only what you send us: an enquiry through the contact form, or an email. Client engagement data (conversation notes, working papers, reports) is held by the company in the United Kingdom and governed by the engagement terms. We use a small number of service providers for hosting, email and security, each under a data-processing agreement and acting only on our instructions.

4. International transfers

Some of those providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

5. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you may ask for access to your personal data, for correction or erasure, for restriction of or objection to processing, and for a copy in a portable form. Write to [email protected]; we respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

6. Security

Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it to answer you or to run an engagement. The contact form is rate-limited and screened for bots. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will tell you and the ICO as the law requires.

7. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. On the contact page, our bot-screening service may set a short-lived cookie strictly necessary for that check while you are on the page.

8. Engagement data

Personal data collected during an audit (conversation notes, org-maps, working papers) is governed by the engagement terms, including the confidentiality promise described on our principles page, and not by this notice.

9. Children

This site is intended for professionals and is not directed at children under 16.
